Bella Tunno ships Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) via UPS (www.ups.com) from South Carolina. We ask for 1-2 days to process your order before it ships.

Free ground shipping is valid in the Continental U.S. only. Taxes, discount codes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer cannot be applied to such items. Order total must be $45 or more after discount code is applied to qualify for free shipping offer. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If an order is returned to Bella Tunno because of an incorrect shipping address, our customer service team will be in contact with the customer. Customers will be charged an $8 fee for re-shipment of their item(s). Please be sure to double check all information before confirming your orders! I bought an item at a Bella Tunno retailer, what should I do?
Bella Tunno will only honor returns on items purchased direct from www.bellatunno.com. Please note that if your Bella Tunno product was purchased at a retailer other than Bella Tunno, we cannot process your return or exchange directly. Please contact the store that your item was purchased from to discuss return or exchange options. Returns, refunds, exchanges will not be honored after 3 months of purchase.
I received a damaged or incorrect item, what should I do?
Should you receive a damaged item or item(s) in error, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org immediately to discuss refund and return options.
I purchased an item on sale, am I able to return?
All sale items featured on www.bellatunno.com are Final Sale. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes merchandise marked down during flash sales, seasonal promotions, and special offers.
I would like to make an exchange or return, what should I do?
At Bella Tunno, we hope you love our products as much as we do! However, if you are unsatisfied with a product, we will be glad to refund your original form of payment within 10 days of receipt of your order. Unless the product is damaged upon receipt, the customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returns.
Bella Tunno will not accept any return without a Return Authorization Number written on the return. To receive your Return Authorization Number for your item, please contact email@example.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please submit a new order online and request a return authorization for the item you would like to return.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT RETURNS:
The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging. It is Bella Tunno’s sole discretion to accept or deny buyer's claim for any return, exchange, or credit after 30 days of receipt of order. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. Pending inspection of return items, it is Bella Tunno's sole discretion to determine if the item(s) have been used or been damaged other than original manufacturing defects.
A NOTE ABOUT YOUR REFUND:
Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt and inspection of your return. It will be refunded in the original form of payment. Please note we have no control over your banking institution and your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
Bella Tunno does not offer replacements on items that were not purchased directly through www.bellatunno.com. If you purchased your Bella Tunno item through a retailer, we request that you work directly with the retailer to receive a replacement. Once we have sold merchandise to a third party, each retailer is in charge of their return/exchange policy. Please reach out to the retailer directly to inquire about their policy.
WEAR AND TEAR POLICY
Although our products are made with parenting and children in mind, we do consider any defects or imperfections after 3 months of purchase to be normal wear and tear. Returns, refunds, exchanges and replacements will not be honored after 3 months of purchase.
When shipping returns, customers must ship returns back at their expense after receiving a return authorization from Bella Tunno, unless the product was damaged upon receipt and customer has spoken to a Bella Tunno representative. Please send all return items to the return address listed on your Bella Tunno shipment. Copy of invoice and return authorization number must be included with the return.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All items marked down as final sale as well as gift certificates are final. No exceptions.
