THE BRAND MEETS THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF SOCIAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
The purpose-driven, North Carolina-based brand, Bella Tunno is proud to announce that they have been named a Certified B Corporation. B Corps are companies that use business as a force for good. Bella Tunno becomes 1 of 50 companies in North Carolina that have been named a B Corp.
To be certified as a B Corporation, a brand must meet high standards for social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. B Corps are accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success in business and use profits and growth as a means to a greater end: positive impact for their employees, communities, and the environment.
“For over 15 years, we have never sold a product without donating to a charitable organization. Our business model has always been tied to social good,” says founder Michelle Tunno Buelow. “We create great products with an even greater purpose of ending child hunger. The B Corp certification lends credibility to our mission and assures our customers that we are committed to making the best products while simultaneously doing our best to change the world.”
Bella Tunno is the first certified US-based B Corporation in the baby feeding accessories category. They join leaders in the baby food category such as Plum Organics and Happy Family Organics.
The community of B Corps is made up of more than 3,000 companies across 150 industries and 71 countries, including Patagonia, Seventh Generation, Athleta, Allbirds, & Swell. These organizations are helping inspire tens of thousands of other companies to follow their lead by measuring impact, changing corporate structure, and building better businesses.
